Micheál provides strategic and technical leadership at Rockline Technologies, overseeing the delivery of automation and control system projects across the pharmaceutical sector. With over a decade of experience, he has managed multi-disciplinary teams delivering full lifecycle solutions — from design and implementation to commissioning, qualification, and support.
His expertise spans automation strategy, system integration, and project execution — ensuring each project is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with client objectives. He has led numerous greenfield and brownfield projects, consistently achieving successful outcomes within demanding timelines and budgets.
Micheál is passionate about leveraging new technologies to enhance reliability, efficiency, and long-term value. Under his direction, Rockline continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner for automation excellence and cutting-edge engineering solutions in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
David O’Mahony
CQV Director
With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, David leads Rockline’s Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) operations, overseeing end-to-end project delivery across multiple sites and disciplines. Having worked with industry leaders such as Pfizer, Janssen, Lonza, and AstraZeneca, he brings a proven track record in delivering complex capital projects from concept and design through commissioning, qualification, and operational handover.
David’s expertise spans project strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring seamless integration of CQV activities within overall project delivery frameworks. His focus on quality, compliance, and operational readiness drives efficient project outcomes that meet stringent regulatory expectations while supporting rapid time-to-market.
Under his leadership, Rockline continues to enhance its reputation for delivering robust, compliant, and performance-driven pharmaceutical facilities worldwide.

Rockline Technologies was founded on a simple principle — engineers empowering engineers. What began with Masters Industrial Automation in 2021, established by Micheál Masters, has grown into a global engineering firm built on trust, collaboration, and technical excellence.
In 2023, Rockline Technologies Ltd. was officially formed in Cork, Ireland, to bridge the gap between engineering expertise and project delivery. The company was founded with one clear mission: to remove unnecessary complexity and put the right engineers in the right place at the right time — ensuring faster, smarter, and more effective results for clients.
As Rockline expanded internationally, a shared commitment to quality and precision led to the formation of Rockline Technologies (Commissioning) Ltd. in 2025, co-founded with David O’Mahony. This partnership strengthened Rockline’s ability to deliver end-to-end automation, commissioning, and qualification solutions with the same hands-on integrity that defines its culture.
